Certified H.V. polycotton fleece fabric. Outside hood. Full front zippers. Rib cuffs and bottom. Big kangaroo pocket on front. 2" 3M Scotchlite tapes: stripes on sleeves, 2 vertical + 1 horizontal front and 1 "X" + 1 horizontal back. Compliance to CSA Z96/ANSI requirements.
